I’m a registered nurse and a women’s health and wellness coach.

As a nurse, I’ve always been drawn to caring for others. But when I became a new mum, I didn’t have the care and support I needed. To be honest I didn’t even knew I was going to need it. I quickly realised that no one had prepared me for the emotional and physical challenges that come with postpartum life.

I was so focused on my baby’s needs that I forgot about my own and it took me two years to realise that, just as I needed to care for my baby, I also needed to care for myself. And then I had another baby! And another one! With every postpartum, I gained new insights and tools, but I also became more resentful of the lack of support for mums like me; mums who were doing their best but still felt unseen. (Where’s the village?!)

I know how hard it is to find balance in those early months, and I’m here to make sure that you don’t have to go through this alone.

I don’t want any new mum to feel the way I did.

I want to be the support I didn’t have and to show other women that their well-being matters just as much as their baby’s. I’m here to offer a safe space, expert advice, and encouragement to help new mums navigate the postpartum period with confidence, clarity, and care.

Together, we’ll tackle the challenges of postpartum life, from physical recovery and nutrition to mental health and self-care.

Whether you’re struggling with exhaustion, overwhelmed by the endless advice, or simply unsure of where to start, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way. I want you to thrive (not just survive) during this time of your life.

I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, to feel like you’ve lost yourself, and to feel like there’s no one to turn to. That’s why I’m dedicated to being the support system I wish I had (like a one-woman village) to help you embrace the beauty of motherhood while taking care of yourself, too.
